Lafarge Canada partnered with BGC Ottawa to construct the Taggart Parkes Family Clubhouse in Ottawa, contributing 500 cubic meters of ECOPact low-carbon concrete valued at $90,000. The 15,000-square-foot facility aims to benefit up to 5,000 youth from underserved neighborhoods. Notably, the use of ECOPact concrete resulted in a reduction of over 55,000 kg CO2 emissions compared to standard concrete.
