Joining the executive leadership team, Mr. Giesler will report to Jeff Yurcisin, Chief Executive Officer. In this position, Mr. Giesler will oversee the Company’s overall legal function.

Before joining Grove in January 2024, Mr. Giesler served as General Counsel of JustAnswer, a direct-to-consumer internet and information company, leading JustAnswer’s legal function. Mr. Giesler also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of eHealth, Inc., an online health insurance agency, from 2005-2022, managing eHealth's legal and compliance functions.

Mr. Giesler served as law clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Kelleher, United States District Court, Central District of California (1995-1996). Mr. Giesler holds a B.A. in environmental science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. degree from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School.
