Grove Collaborative Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GROV) has received notification from the NYSE regarding non-compliance with the minimum average share price requirement of $1.00. The Company has a six-month period to regain compliance, during which its shares will continue to trade but will carry a '.BC' designation. The Common Stock will continue to trade on the NYSE under the symbol “GROV” but will have an added designation of “.BC” to indicate the Company is not in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards. Failure to satisfy the conditions of the cure period or to maintain other listing requirements could lead to a delisting.
