Entering its third year, Fast Track to Tech allows high school seniors to work 15-20 hours per week at Garmin's
- Material Handler — Involves shipping and receiving in a warehouse setting
- Product Support Specialist — Provides technical customer support for Garmin product users
- Electronics Assembler — Involves the assembly of aviation and auto OEM products in a manufacturing setting

Career advancement and benefits
Following high school graduation and successful tenure in the Fast Track to Tech program, participants may be eligible for full-time employment at Garmin, including access to the company's comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement for those wishing to pursue a college degree and more.
Flexible semester options
There are three Fast Track to Tech semester options in 2024:
- Spring (January-April)
- Summer (June-August)
- Fall (August-November)
Virtual informational events
Garmin will host a pair of virtual information sessions at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, Oct. 26 for legal guardians and prospective applicants.
