Graco Inc.(NYSE: GGG), a leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, today announced that, effective May 24, 2023, Ronita Banerjee will be joining Graco as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Ms. Banerjee will be the successor to David Ahlers, the company’s previous Executive Vice President of Human Resources, who is retiring after 14 years of service with the company. “I want to thank David for his many contributions to Graco,” said Sheahan. “David’s leadership has been integral to our success over his years of service. Ms. Banerjee joins Graco from Westinghouse Electric Company, based in Pittsburgh, PA, where she served in several human resources leadership roles since 2019 and, most recently, as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Westinghouse Electric, Ronita worked for Honeywell Inc., where she was a Global HR Vice President for a business division.
Ms. Banerjee holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration degree (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) from the Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development located in Pune, India.
