NEW YORK, Feb. 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Getty Images (the “Company”), a preeminent global visual content creator and marketplace, announced today that management will present at the JMP Securities Technology Conference in San Francisco.
Management will host 1x1 investor meetings as well as a presentation on March 7, 2022 at 9:30 AM Pacific Time / 12:30 PM Eastern Time. A live webcast and replay of the presentation can be found on Getty Images’ investor relations website at https://investors.gettyimages.com/.
Transaction Overview
As previously announced on December 10, 2021, Getty Images entered into a business combination agreement and plan of reorganization (the “Business Combination Agreement”) with CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II (NYSE: PRPB) (“CC Neuberger”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company formed through a partnership between CC Capital and Neuberger Berman. Upon closing of the transaction, a newly formed parent company of Getty Images will become a publicly traded company, and its common stock is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GETY."
The transaction has been unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of CC Neuberger and the Board of Directors of Getty Images, and is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the approval of the shareholders of CC Neuberger.
