(TSXV:GCX)(OTCQB:GCXXF) ("Granite Creek" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the board of directors of Granite Creek has approved the settlement of up to CAD$86,162 of debt (the "Debt Settlement") through the issuance of 344,648 common shares of the Company (the "Shares") at a deemed price of 0.25 per share, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

All Shares issued will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance.
