Second Quarter Fiscal 2022 Financial Highlights

$10.3 million , an increase of22.6% from$8.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2021. - Gross margin improved to
21.8% compared to20.8% for the three months ended March 31, 2021. - Operating loss was
$0.3 million compared to$0.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2021. - Net loss was
$0.4 million compared to$0.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2021. - Basic and diluted loss per share was
$0.04 compared to$0.08 for the three months ended March 31, 2021. - Cash balance of
