(Nasdaq: FGF) (the “Company”), a reinsurance and investment management holding company focused on opportunistic collateralized and loss capped reinsurance, while allocating capital in partnership with Fundamental Global® and from time to time, other strategic investors to SPAC and SPAC sponsor-related businesses, announced today that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.00% Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series A (the “Preferred Stock”), for the period commencing on March 15, 2022 and ending on June 14, 2022.
In accordance with the terms of the Company’s 8.00% Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series A, on May 13, 2022, the Board of Directors declared a Preferred Stock cash dividend of $0.50 share for the period that began on March 15, 2022 and ends on June 14, 2022. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2022, to holders of record on June 1, 2022. The Preferred Stock is currently listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and trades under the ticker symbol “FGFPP”.
