Everbridge (NASDAQ: EVBG) reported its third quarter 2022 financial results, highlighting a 15% year-over-year revenue increase to $111.4 million. Despite a GAAP net loss of $(22.1) million, improvements were seen in adjusted EBITDA, which rose to $15.2 million from $4.9 million year-over-year. The company plans to cut approximately 200 jobs to optimize its cost structure, aiming for an adjusted EBITDA of $85 million and revenue growth of 6-7% in 2023.
