In September 2023, following the approval of the insurance transaction by the Company's Board of Directors and in accordance with applicable accounting rules, the Company classified its insurance operations as both held-for-sale and discontinued operations. Accordingly, the Consolidated Balance Sheets and Statements of Income present discontinued operations for the current period and were adjusted for prior periods on a retrospective basis.
