Krispy Kreme® is celebrating the biggest supermoon of 2024 with a special Supermoon Super Doughnut, available only on October 17 at participating U.S. shops. This cosmic treat is inspired by the Hunter's Supermoon, which will be the closest the moon comes to Earth this year.
The Supermoon Super Doughnut features:
- An unglazed doughnut filled with cookies & Kreme™ filling
- Dipped in yellow icing
- Swirled with chocolate cookie pieces
Customers can purchase the doughnut individually or as part of a Supermoon Super Doughnuts specialty dozen, which includes six Supermoon Super Doughnuts and six Original Glazed® Doughnuts. The specialty dozen is available for pickup or delivery via Krispy Kreme's app and website, while supplies last.
This -time offer is Krispy Kreme's latest in a series of popular space-themed doughnuts, following previous creations like the Total Solar Eclipse Doughnut and the Artemis Moon Doughnut.

The Hunter’s Supermoon on Thursday will be the closest the moon will be to Earth this year, making it appear super large.
