MONTREAL, Nov. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. (TSX: DNG) (Dynacor or the Corporation) announced its monthly dividend. The declaration of a dividend payment of C$0.0067 per common share will be payable on December 17, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 8, 2021. This dividend represents the twenty-first (21th) dividend and eleventh monthly payment made to shareholders.

The Corporation recently announced that starting in January 2022, its monthly dividend will increase to C$0.0083 representing an annual dividend of C$0.10 per common share.

The Corporation’s monthly dividend qualifies as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
