(Singapore Branch) (“CUSA”) has signed a binding Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Hokkaido Gas Co., Ltd. for the delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Chevron’s global LNG portfolio to the Hokkaido area.
