The cash dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2023 and will be paid on September 29, 2023. The dividend declared for the third quarter of 2023 is equal to the dividend paid in the second quarter of 2023 and $0.01 higher than the dividend paid in the third quarter of 2022.
