- Surpassed science-based target to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 50 percent by 2030, with a longer-term goal to achieve net-zero emissions across scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2050.
- Reached goal to source 100 percent of its electricity from renewable energy for
U.S. and Canadian operations. - Attained zero-waste-to-landfill status in nearly half of its facilities and more than three-quarters of its plants.
- Reached 84 percent of the company's goal to have 100 percent recyclable, reusable or compostable packaging by 2025.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA ) 2022 Safer Choice Partner of the Year for the fifth time for the company's manufacturing of products that contain ingredients theEPA has determined are safer for human health and the environment. - Reached and maintained pay equity commitment —meaning no statistically significant differences in pay— across gender globally and races/ethnicities in the
