These PPP loans along with those loans that fund in round three will continue to impact our results in the future. During the quarter ended December 31, 2020 we began receiving forgiveness payments from the SBA. As a result of our proactive approach with customers, we did not see material downgrades in credit during quarter ended December 31, 2020 related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
