Cboe Appoints Prashant Bhatia to Lead Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development
Cboe Global Markets (CBOE) has appointed Prashant Bhatia as Executive Vice President, Head of Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development, effective September 2, 2025. Bhatia will work with Cboe's executive leadership to develop and execute the company's enterprise business strategy, focusing on growth opportunities and strengthening market position.
Bhatia brings over 30 years of financial services experience, including 11 years leading Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development at TD Ameritrade. He has been advising Cboe's management team and board since December 2023. In his new role, he will focus on identifying high-impact opportunities and enhancing shareholder value.

In this role, Mr. Bhatia will partner with Cboe's executive leadership team to develop and execute the company's enterprise business strategy, helping the company to focus on identifying high-impact opportunities for growth and further strengthening Cboe's position as an industry leader.

Mr. Bhatia has advised the management team and worked closely with Cboe's board of directors since December 2023. Earlier in his career, he served as an equity research analyst covering the financial services industry, with a focus on brokers and asset managers. He brings more than 30 years of global experience in the financial services sector.
