Bridgewater Bancshares announced a net income of $11.5 million for Q3 2021, up 4.7% from Q2 2021 and 60.4% year-over-year. Adjusted diluted earnings per common share, a non-GAAP financial measure, were$0.38 for the third quarter of 2021, excluding a$0.41 loss, or$582,000 per common share, on the extinguishment of subordinated debt from the partial early redemption of$0.01 of subordinated debentures issued in$11.3 million July 2017 .

Annualized return on average assets (ROA) and annualized return on average shareholders’ equity (ROE) for the third quarter of 2021 were
