BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bruker Corporation (Nasdaq: BRKR) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.05 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 18, 2022 to stockholders of record as of March 1, 2022.

As previously announced, the Board approved the Company’s plan to increase its annual cash dividend from $0.16 to $0.20, subject to quarterly Board approval, beginning with the payment of this dividend.
