Acuity will continue to operate through two business segments, Acuity Brands Lighting (ABL) and Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS), formerly Intelligent Spaces Group (ISG). We will continue trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “AYI”.
