PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AXIS Re, the reinsurance business segment of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited ("AXIS Capital") (NYSE:AXS), today announced the hiring of David Bangs as AXIS Re Head of Japan.
