In this role, Mr. Roman will manage the company’s contracts, subcontracts, and procurement functions—supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives in 2022 and beyond.
Mr. Roman has over 30 years of contract experience working in the federal and commercial sectors. He is also an accomplished lecturer and writer on the subject. Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Roman was a senior director of contracts, procurement, and pricing for Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII). At HII, he led the contracting for the company’s Mission Driven Innovative Solutions (MDIS) group, which provided engineering solutions to organizations across the federal government. Additionally, Mr. Roman is a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) member, where he serves on its national Board of Advisors. He is also the president-elect for NCMA’s Northern Virginia (NOVA) chapter.
