(NASDAQ: ARWR) today announced that the collaboration and license agreement between Arrowhead and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited announced on October 8, 2020, has now closed. Closing of the transaction was contingent on completion of review under antitrust laws, including the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 in the U.S.
