Routine update: ASX buyback disclosures; up to $1 billion authorized.

News Corporation reaffirmed that its repurchase programs permit buying up to $1 billion of Class A and Class B shares. The 8-K primarily furnishes to U.S. investors the same information provided daily to the ASX, with exhibits compiling those updates.

This is administrative and does not announce new terms or execution levels. Actual buybacks depend on market price, conditions, and legal constraints, per the stated risk factors.

If subsequent reports quantify executed repurchases, those figures will indicate cash deployment pace and potential share count effects.
