SolarWindow Files 2022 Annual Report and Provides Update on Filing of its Fiscal 2023 Quarterly Statements

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 05, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. (Symbol: WNDW; www.solarwindow.com), today announced that it has completed and filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2022. Following review by the Company’s public accountants, the Company also intends to file its quarterly statements on Form 10-Q for periods ended November 30, 2022, February 28, 2023, and May 31, 2023. The Company anticipates filing its fiscal 2023 Annual Report on Form 10-K in a timely fashion.
Once the referenced 10-Qs are filed, the Company believes that it will be current in its reporting obligations. In the interim, the failure to timely file Form 10-Qs will continue to have regulatory and market repercussions that will adversely affect the stock price of, as well as investors’ ability to effect purchase and sale transactions in the Company’s securities until such time as the Company cures the filing deficiency.
The Company plans to continue providing updates to its stockholders regarding the status of its efforts.
