(“Warner Music Group” or “WMG”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on WMG’s Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, representing an aggregate quarterly dividend of approximately $77.2 million (based on the issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock).
