(OTCQX:UNIF), the holding company of UniBank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend is payable on or about April 14, 2022 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2022.

"After years of continuous growth and solid returns, the Board wanted to reward our shareholders with this dividend in addition to the Stock Repurchase Program that started last December," said Peter Park, President and CEO.
