Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana –
$300,000 t o build the capacity of school-based pantries and support an at-home delivery program. -
Indiana Primary Health Care Association –
$300,000 t o implement and expand food access and education programming in partnership with six federally qualified health centers. -
Healthier Moms and Babies –
$180,000 t o expand the Prenatal Home Visitation Program for high-risk low-income families in Allen County. The home visitation program pairs experienced case managers with low-income women until their babies turn 2 years old to help mothers and their babies have the best possible start to their new lives. -
Indiana Rural Health Association –
$150,000 t o implement the Community Paramedicine Program, which addresses infant and maternal health disparities in Allen, Knox and Ripley counties. -
Girls on the Run of Northwest Indiana –
$70,000 t o expand social-emotional and physical activity programs, provide financial assistance to eligible girls, recruit new coaches and provide rural community outreach.
