Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME) announced changes to its Board of Directors effective February 28, 2025. Mr. Matthew Yun Ming Cheng will retire from his director position, which he held since 2022. The Board has appointed Mr. Wai Yip Tsang as his replacement.
