SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TDCX Inc. (NYSE: TDCX), a digital customer experience solutions provider, today announced its entry into South Korea, adding another location to its extensive network in Asia. This is TDCX’s fourth new market in just two years.

The move strengthens TDCX’s Korean language capabilities and enables the company to increase its share of the customer experience market in South Korea. Globally, the outsourced customer experience services market is expected to be worth US$100 billion by 20251.

To helm its South Korea office, TDCX has appointed Minjee Kim as its Vice President of Operations. Ms Kim has been managing Korean teams across Asia, including Thailand, Malaysia and China and is returning to South Korea to launch TDCX’s newest site. She will be responsible for overseeing site operations and championing training and talent development.
