(Nasdaq: SWTX), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on severe rare diseases and cancer, announced today the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 10,905,171 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $29.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to an additional 1,422,413 shares of common stock in this offering. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately $316.25 million.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Cowen and Company, LLC and Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
