TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Silver Storm Mining Ltd. (“Silver Storm” or the "Company") (TSX.V: SVRS | OTCQB: SVRSF | FSE: SVR) announces that, pursuant to its 2020 Amended and Restated Incentive Stock Option Plan (the “Plan”), it has granted stock options of the Company (“Options”) to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company, to purchase an aggregate of 37,000,000 common shares of the Company at the price of $0.25 per share for a period of five years from date of grant. The Options all vest immediately. The Options granted are under and subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and subject to the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”). This stock option grant is subject to acceptance by the Exchange.
