Spanish Mountain Gold Engages German Mining Networks GmbH

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. (the "Company" or "Spanish Mountain Gold") (TSX-V: SPA) (FSE: S3Y) (OTCQB: SPAUF) is pleased to announce that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) acceptance, it has engaged German Mining Networks GmbH (“GMN”) to provide marketing and investor relations services in Europe.

GMN, based in Frankfurt, Germany, will work to increase investor awareness of Spanish Mountain Gold in Europe. The engagement is for an initial period of three months for a total fee of $20,400, with the first monthly payment of $6,800 commencing on or after TSXV acceptance. The Company may elect to continue the engagement monthly after the initial period for a fee of $6,800 per month. All fees and expenses will be paid from working capital. GMN is at arm’s length from the Company and does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
