ClearBridge Investments has announced updates to the portfolio management team of the LMP Capital and Income Fund Inc. (NYSE: SCD). The team structure, effective December 31, 2024, includes key members from both ClearBridge Investments and Western Asset Management Company.
From ClearBridge, Peter Vanderlee (team member since 2009) and Patrick McElroy (since 2022) will manage equity investments and oversee allocation between equity and fixed income securities. The Western Asset team includes Michael Buchanan, Ryan Brist, Mark Lindbloom (all since 2010), and Christopher Kilpatrick (since 2023), who will manage the fixed income portion.
