This residential sale eliminates virtually all of Sterling’s nonaccrual and delinquent loans reported as of March 31, 2023 and follows the disposal in 2022 of all our nonaccrual commercial real estate loans and a significant amount of the remaining loans secured by single room occupancy hotels, along with other higher risk commercial real estate loans.
