Christina Hilton, Jennifer Kaczmarcyzk and Alyssa Myers recognized as outstanding female leaders in the supply chain industry

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RXO leaders Christina Hilton, Jennifer Kaczmarczyk and Alyssa Myers were named as winners of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Award by Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. The award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorships and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

“We’re thrilled to have three outstanding RXO leaders recognized for their accomplishments, not only within RXO, but the industry as a whole. Christina, Jennifer and Alyssa exemplify a level of professionalism and drive that is unmatched, and they provide a roadmap for all leaders – not just females – to learn from,” said Drew Wilkerson, chief executive officer at RXO.

Hilton is the senior director of operations at RXO where she spearheads several business enablement teams to drive accurate customer billing and timely carrier payment. She has led a team of more than 150 employees throughout her time at RXO with focus on continuous process and system improvement. In addition to striving for excellence within her position, Hilton serves as a role model to team members by leading by example as well as a mentor in the RXO Rise program, which provides opportunities for employees to grow their careers.

Kaczmarcyzk serves as a vice president of operations in RXO’s brokerage business, leading eight teams and a total of more than 450 people across five locations. She focuses on leveraging technology to deliver innovative solutions for customers and building a diverse and inclusive culture. Through her focus on employee wellness and growth, Kaczmarcyzk spearheaded an employee wellness challenge to encourage employees to prioritize their physical and mental health. She also serves on the company’s environmental, social and corporate governance steering team and as a mentor and executive sponsor for RXO Rise.

Myers, vice president of technology, has played an integral role in shaping RXO’s technology strategy. Across several different roles throughout her tenure at RXO, Myers has focused on developing RXO’s proprietary freight brokerage platforms, RXO Connect™ and RXO Drive™. These platforms make it easier for shippers to move freight quickly, connecting customers with a massive network of carriers. In addition to her excellence within logistics technology, Myers strives to be an advocate for women in the fields of logistics and technology to grow thought diversity, fueling creativity and innovation.

“This year, we received over 400 submissions, the highest amount of applications not only for this award, but also for all of our awards. What’s more, 118 of those applications were submitted by male counterparts, nominating their boss, co-worker or associate. Last year, that figure was just at 75. Also this year, 39 women self-nominated, a tremendous uptick from last year’s award, which just saw 12 self-nominations. This shows progress. This shows hope that one day, we won’t need an award like this because men and women in the supply chain will be equal,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “While there’s still more work to be done, what we’re doing is working. From truck drivers to CEOs, what these winners are doing matters to the future of all supply chains.”
