Provident Bancorp, Inc. (PVBC) has appointed Carol Houle and Joe Reilly as Co-CEOs and Co-Presidents, effective immediately. They have served as interim Co-CEOs since December 23, 2022. Houle retains her role as CFO, bringing extensive financial expertise since joining the Bank in 2013. Reilly, a seasoned banker, joined the Board in 2018 and has a notable history, including co-founding Centrix Bank.
