PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PPG (NYSE:PPG) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of the powder coatings manufacturing business of Arsonsisi, an industrial coatings company based in Milan, Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
