(NYSE: PAG), a diversified international transportation services company and one of the world's premier automotive and commercial truck retailers, today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the Company's dividend by 2.3% to $0.45 per share. The dividend is payable September 1, 2021, to shareholders of record on August 10, 2021.

Kurnick.  "Our business achieved all-time record results for the six months ending June 30, 2021, and our cash flow remains strong."  With this increase, the annualized dividend increases to $1.80 per share, representing a yield to our shareholders of more than 2% annually."
