Oil States International reported a net loss of $19.9 million, or $0.33 per share, for Q4 2021, influenced by non-cash impairment charges and a foreign currency translation loss. Revenues rose to $161.3 million, up from $140.5 million in Q3 2021, with Adjusted EBITDA increasing 57% to $13.4 million. The Offshore/Manufactured Products segment saw a 34% revenue growth, driven by a 72% rise in project-related revenue.
