("Nexa Resources" or "Nexa" or the "Company") (NYSE:NEXA)(TSX:NEXA) announces that the Company has received approval for a voluntarily delisting of its common shares ("Common Shares") from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") in Canada.

According to TSX information, the last trading for the Common Shares in Toronto will take place on November 30, 2021. As previously disclosed, the Company's Common Shares will continue to be listed and trade on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the symbol "NEXA".

Furthermore, Nexa intends to apply to cease to be a reporting issuer under applicable Canadian securities laws, subject to the satisfaction of applicable regulatory requirements.
