Oakwood Rd. The company has 55 immediate openings—from entry level production assemblers to certified welders, production leaders, engineers and a variety of other advanced manufacturing positions.   

Earlier this year, Modine signed a lease for the 153,000-square-foot Franklin plant. The company plans to take occupancy early November and will begin production soon after. By the end of March 2026, Modine expects to have approximately 300 employees at the location.
