(NYSE: MET) today announced that Shurawl Sibblies will join the company as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 1, 2024. She will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Michel Khalaf and become a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to American Express, Sibblies served as senior vice president and human resources business partner for MetLife’s U.S. Business, Global Employee Benefits and Investments teams, as well as several of the company’s functions.
