The survey evaluated MetLife on aspects of women’s advancement, including succession planning, profit-and-loss roles, gender pay parity, support programs, and work-life balance. This is the 14th time MetLife has been recognized as a top workplace for women who want to advance to the most senior levels.

Through its Gender Equity Initiative, MetLife is building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company for women across four focus areas: leadership, workforce, marketplace, and community and sustainability.
