LegalZoom.com reported a 36% year-over-year revenue growth in Q2 2021, reaching $150.4 million. Transaction revenue surged 45% to $73.4 million, with business formations up 34%. - Revenue was
$150.4 million , up36% year-over-year.- Transaction revenue was
$73.4 million , up45% year-over-year driven by strong business formations of 123,000, up34% year-over-year. - Subscription revenue was
$69.4 million , up29% year-over-year. There were 1.2 million subscription units outstanding as of June 30, 2021, with 69,000 net units added in the quarter. - Partner revenue was

About Non-GAAP Financial Measures
