Ms. Speakman most recently served as a Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer for National Capital Bank in Washington DC. Her history of developing loan and deposit relationships while managing a significant commercial loan portfolio will serve to grow the Bank’s Alexandria and Washington DC Markets.
