Insmed Announces Closing of Public Offerings of Common Stock and Convertible Senior Notes and Full Exercise of Underwriters' Options to Purchase Additional Shares and Notes
Insmed announced the closing of a registered underwritten public offering of 11,500,000 shares of common stock at $25.00 per share and $575 million in 0.75% convertible senior notes due 2028. The offerings raised gross proceeds of $287.5 million from the common stock and $575 million from the notes. A portion of the notes' proceeds will repurchase $225 million of existing 1.75% convertible senior notes due 2025.
