Sale of Viactiv® Brand and Business
On May 31, 2024, as previously disclosed publicly, the Company completed the sale of all of the outstanding equity interests of Activ Nutritional, LLC (“Activ”), which owns the Viactiv® brand and business and was the wholly-owned subsidiary of Viactiv Nutritionals, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, pursuant to an equity purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) with Doctor’s Best Inc.
