(NASDAQ:GDYN) ("Grid Dynamics"), a leader in enterprise-level digital transformation, today announced the launch of a proposed underwritten public offering of $100,000,000 of its common stock. All of the shares to be sold in the offering are to be sold by Grid Dynamics. In addition, Grid Dynamics expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $15,000,000 of additional shares of its common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
